They do not deserve one star! This place doesn't care about the residents or their families. Just give lip service to keep you what you think is informed, but you're really not. no one knows what each shift does, so your loved ones don't get the care they truly deserve. And if you complain, they say take them elsewhere, they don't even try to work with you!!!

Terrace View Gardens provides excellent care and clinical services. The facility is like one big family! The staff care for one another and care for the residents as they would their own family members. With this kind of dedication and service, it is no wonder that Terrace View Gardens is such a great facility! I am truly honored to be a part of such a wonderful team. We really appreciate our residents and their families!

One of the best Skilled Nursing Homes in the area! They provide excellent care and the staff love their jobs and their residents. The building is very clean and well maintained.

Our family member has been here for a couple years, but in the last month I have seen wonderful changes in staff behavior, no cell phones in the patient rooms! this is great! Thank you!

My family member has been here for years and they have always given great care! No one should ever complain about the staff, they work really hard to care for our family members. I also think the building is running better in the past month, I heard they have a new DON, I haven't met them yet, but keep up the great work you have joined a great team!

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
