Click on the Filter icon twice. Now can you unhide the rows?

I'thousand able to unhide the rows, but I even so tin can't remove the advanced filter.
How do y'all unremarkably practice it? In that location's doesn't seem to be an selection to remove it.

Is the Filter choice visible (every bit in A beneath) or Grayed out (like B below)? Is it possible that the canvass is password protected and filter option has been blocked?

Thanks for your help so far.
The bodily Filter option is visible, but the 'Articulate' and 'Reapply' options are grayed out.
And when I go into the Avant-garde Filter I get this.. But I can't delete it.
In that location doesn't seem to be any kind of protection on the document..

Hi,
Reapply is to be used only with Motorcar Filters. Articulate remembers only the virtually contempo advanced filter that was run. In your case, the only style to view all rows of data is to hide rows.

It'due south still not working.
Basically, when I use the bones filter on columns in my spreadsheet it volition only filter the data upward to Row 135. Past that, information technology won't filter.
When I press the 'advanced filter' button, the last used filter was for a range upwards to Row 135. And then it seems to all the same be on somehow?
Case, I've filtered the Columne Chiliad by A-Z and go this..
Which looks fine so far, but in one case it gets to row 135 it will finish sorting it..

Howdy,
I don't believe that you lot can remove the entry in an avant-garde filter once information has been entered into the text boxes. It appears that Excel remembers those entries and are present in the text boxes until you change them. If information technology were me, I would copy and paste the data into a new workbook.

I am having what appears to be the same issue. I apply Filter a lot and consider myself quite familiar with it. I believe what I have is a dissimilar problem. Someone setup values in a spreadsheet and assigned those same values (rows (4) and cavalcade) to the Advanced Filter setting for another set of cells. Those cells need free grade text, not one from a list of 4 values. How exercise I get that constraint out of my workbook/tab?
